I used Always Waterproofing for our concrete repairs, they were amazing!!! We received a quote in person from Jon. He was available and speedy with all responses. Jon took the time out to review our back porch, retaining wall and front-sidewalk. We are in the process of selling our home. The realtor suggested that we should repair those aspects of the house. I wasn’t sure if we could financially afford those repairs. Jon estimate was within our price range. They are reasonably priced and the work is “OUTSTANDING”! The crew members of Always Waterproofing were professional, kind and respectful. The owner James also came out and ensure the workmanship and grounds where up to his standards. He takes pride in his work and that says a lot in today’s world. Everyone who is employed with Always Waterproofing were great to work with, I would highly recommend Always Waterproofing!!!

I had an egress window/well installed by Always Waterproofing with lifetime warranty two years ago. In recent months, I noticed ground in the well had standing water below the drain. I called AW and described the problem. Paul came out next day and explained that it was due to ground settlement over the years. He proceeded to pack the ground with many buckets of gravel. I recommend this company for they do stand behind their work.

Waited an hour for an estimate after being told twice that the estimator was 5 mins away at the start of the hour. It got worse after the estimator arrived as he was rude and unprofessional, overall he stayed for 2 mins and gave me an outrageously high quote compared to the other bids I received. When I called him out on this he told me to just use his competitors. Well, I guess I'll take him up on that offer!

Recently I had my porch and 9 steps replaced by Always. I can not say enough about their professionalism and thoroughness. From the start of the project, the employees were efficient and pleasant, answering any and all questions that I had. Each day through the process, clean up was done. Upon completion, James (owner) returned to TOP SOIL, SEED, and COVER the yard with burlap and straw. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone who needs work completed. Price was in the ballpark of all other companies that I received estimates from. I went with Always because of ratings, reviews, and BBB ratings (which they are a member). Completely satisfied!!! Thank you James and Jon!!
