Called Maryland Industrial Trucks to repair a forklift. They overcharged and promised to call back next day to order my parts. They never called me and simply charged my credit card 300 for a 5 min look at a forklift. NOthing got done! RIP off

Family owned business, friendly and courteous. Was surprised at the wide variety of equipment they supported.
Their mechanic was NOT knowledgeable and purposly wasted time and had to go back to the \Shop\ to bring tool that he forgot to bring and we were charged for the hourly rate while he was taking his time. We were billed 3 hours for a 5 min job. They made up fake repair orders trying to charge more hours. Ended up hiring it another company and our issue with our machine was a lose wire and it was fixed within seconds. This company is lying and over charging. They will make up fake repair orders and parts that needs to be replaced so they can collect more hours and parts profit. Stay away from these people. Called them and explained but my issue was NOT resolved and they NEVER called me back.
Called them for a repair service. They sent wrong tech person and charged wrong hours. The tech did not have right tools with him and had to go back and get it and we were still charged for their travel time! What a nice job. Called them a few times to resolve the issue and they never returned a call! Don't waste your time with the for any repair.
