I recently rented a U-haul moving truck from this location after another satellite location failed on my reservation. Diane was so kind, so helpful, and patient. She reached out after a customer cancelled their reservation. She saved the day, and we were able to move my sister's belongings that Sunday afternoon. Everything was seamless. The facility is clean and bright and I will consider them for storage needs in the future as the location is safe and convenient.
Super clean, good prices and great customer service
Overall the staff is really nice, the place is always clean, the company is very fee happy no matter the emergency, during the first COVID19 \lockdown\ I was laid off no income coming in I only asked to waive the late fees and was given a stern No , basically not their problem. It's been too hot only twice in the climate control area that I know of and only one miscommunication with the staff regarding the rules and policies. This was supposed to be a 6 month rental but due to COVID19 its been ruffly a year now.
My fiancee worked there and he was treated fairly
