THE BEST WE EVER HAD... As those who know us can tell you, my wife Debbie Ziegler is a world-class cook, AND she cooks a gourmet, three course meal every single evening. Well, we watch 'Shark Tank' every chance we get. Last week they had a couple from New Orleans that now live in Atlanta. They had a business selling their secret recipe dry seafood batter. The investors were raving about the flavor, even Mark Cuban. Their company was called 'Joe's Gourmet Fish Fry.' Well, all of the judges, investors, were so enthusiastic about how good it was that I ordered it on the spot. Although we seldom eat fried food, I ordered a gallon of peanut oil and 1 1/2 lbs. of fresh Cod fish. It fried up a beautiful golden brown and when we tasted it, both of us were in heaven. It was unbelievably wonderful. I haven't got enough great words to describe the flavor. Here's the a photo of the last piece after we were stuffed and couldn't eat another bite. Take my word for it and get on Amazon.com and order some. Can't wait to try it with shrimp. #AlphaDawg

Joe's Gourmet Fish Fry is excellent, and full of flavor. I'm not sure how long this has been on the market but I love it. My husband picked some up from the store and I figured that I would try it out. If fries your food up light and crispy, and it tastes so good. I will be buying more, please don't raise the prices...

This product is sooooo good in my air fryer on shrimp!!!! You will not be disappointed. I haven’t tried it on chicken or fish.. but I will next week!!! In the air fryer!!!!
