I must say that this place has great customer service,and quality product. I've been here plenty of times and the prices are very affordable ,I've met Nick and he's a great person him and his team's professional mannerism is what keeps you coming back. actually I've bought all of my jewelry from there and don't plan on buying from anyone else,you'll have to experience it for yourself and I'm sure you will feel the same way.

I asked these people for rose gold the mold was great but there consistency of color needs more effort I sent back this bottom 2x already do the right fang fading paint I was told that they sent it back to be replated with rose gold but that never got done the right fang still has the same gold circle on it as before I guess somebody painted over it with a brush 2nd visit(july 2020) Gave them my grill somebody lost they do not handle there customers correctly spoke with nick this guy literally tried to force me to pick another piece for a higher price says he has the authorization to get that done all I want is the bottom piece removed from my acima contract i have been up to the mall several times to try and tell nick to produce an updated contract so they can do that cause that’s all they need 6th visit(aug 2020) TBC.
Don’t waste your time with this jewelry company. There are cheap with gold. The chain I got from them was a 22’ Franko chain and it broke twice in two different places and I only had the chain for 1 month. The first time I went back for them to fix it they charged me 50. The second time I decided to take it to another jewelry store (5 star with all good reviews) and they explained to me how hollow the chain was and poorly made. They decided to help me out and bought the chain from me to use as scrap since this place will not let you return there poorly made jewelry. lost 600
I have been coming to this place since ages and I made my grills here gold and diamonds these people do fabulous jobAnd the best thng is that it’s a one stop shop they do everything repairs,customs sell gold and diamonds and their prices no one can compare!!
Notice the names on all the 5 star ratings. They are obviously Of the same nationality. Which means they are family or friends who are giving false ratings. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
