Deborah is the best EVER! Super professional and the move in process was soooo simple and not complicated. I recommend the leasing agent a raise or something as she always is doing what she can to assist residents and going above and beyond. These type of people are hard to find.... thank you Ms. DEB...Love my lil place! K & Z

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I adore my townhome, very quite, Staff is Great, Maintenance is available when I need him and Management is awesome and friendly.
I’ve been here for 3years going in 4 and I don’t know how I did it so long. My apartment is so infested the roaches are now in my clothes and bed. They spray the apartment but still nothing changed. You go to the office and half the time no one is there and you can’t get them on the phone. All they care about is getting their money. I’m definitely not staying here any longer, this is definitely the last straw. Been waiting for a plumber for three days now my apartment is starting to smell like a sewer. I’ve called several times and was told a plumber was coming out the same day three days and no plumber. I’ve even contacted the management company, sent pictures and all. Nothing! Please read these reviews and don’t move here because of cheap rent. It wasn’t this bad moving in; but it has ran down completely and the units do not look like the picture. Please be aware. At this point I am going to call Harry and have the news reporters come by to call attention to this place. It’s really bad.
I would like to say thank you to Deborah for being amazing! She is a one woman show and is always sweet and professional! I moved in a year ago and she was my save and grace for my boys and I! She was upfront and clear of all fees and provided us with a fast and easy move in! I just renewed my lease! Thank you Deborah!
