Need a kinder office person that makes you feel welcomed and not always ridged. Showed up on time for appointment, however was told to sit in my car because I'm exempt for masks. Which is all fine, however all the people in the front office where NOT wearing masks. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere, don't respond well to hypocrites. Other than that, always awkward in there.
