I always have to stop and get my Favorite Pretzels! Although when I do come this place is messy. Trash on the floor, food left on counter. Empty containers.... I can go on they have 3 staff this time usually only one. Iam waiting 10min for Pretzels and its 3 in the afternoon. This place gets busy and maybe the manager just doesn't care.

Wow. These kids don't care or listen at all...this is supposed to be a Garlic Parmesan Pretzel. It's hard and barely seasoned. When I asked them to make me one that looked like the one in the picture. They said they couldn't...and, they didn't give me a receipt.
Two words. PRETZLE BITES
Waited for a long time and no one came from the back. Bad customer service . I even called and I heard it ring then stop but my line was still ringing
I loved my time there, the service was excellent, the place was clean, and the pretzel where perfect, so they derive the high rating I am given them.
Poor service went and paid 6 for 2 hot coco's waited 15 mins for them and when we received them they where just hot water and tasted awful when I complained the lady said this is how they're made but I can put more coco in them. Put a tiny bit of coco in them and still tasted like water with tiny chocolate flavor. Employees where rude and sarcastic. Will never go back. Looking at there reviews dont think this company cares about their customers.
Visited on Sunday around 5:15pm and the entire shop was filthy. I felt so bad for the one girl working there, trying to serve cinnamon rolls and pretzels. We went to get pretzels and she only had salty ones and pepperoni, of course she couldn’t offer to make other varieties for us cause she was swamped. We won’t be coming back to this Auntie Anne’s, management needs to pay attention to their restaurant needs.
They would rather talk to each other and play on their Phones then make the order I paid for. After 5 min of waiting they finally realized they never stared my pretzel bites and finally started baking them. The guy in the blue hat has a disgusting shirt and should be fired.
