Three times a customer and I've always been pleased with the interactions with staff and owner. Always received quality work. My 1998 Bayliner has always been treated as if it was one of there own. Not being as smart about the mechanics of a boat, the team here always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is maintained while pricing very fairly.

Extremely helpful on a holiday weekend! As a new boat owner my wife and I knew the issue was a small and simple fix but didn't have the knowledge to make it ourselves. John took his time and made the fix. Awesome customer service!

I have used these guys for maintenance and Winterizing my boat for the last few years and they have always done a great job at a great price! This year was no different. Only this year I had an issue with my boat lift (nothing to do with them) and without me even asking John drove over to my house and took care of it for me to save me a trip as he knows I live in Raleigh. He did all of this at no charge! You can't find professionalism of this level anymore. John and Lake Gaston Marine blew my mind and have earned my business forever! 5 Star service all the way! Thanks guys!
Nothing but good to say here. I’ve had occasion to be back to the shop more than once. Each time I have been extremely pleased with service. But don’t ask them where to catch fish. Either they don’t know or won’t tell? (Iol)
