We are new to snowboarding. Our friends highly recommended High County for gear rental. They are absolutely right. Kevin is the one who helped us with the size and everything. Excellent service and super nice staff. Definitely coming back.

Be aware: the shop has ZERO experience with cross country skis. In December 2020 they only carried one model of cross country skis manufactured by Whitewoods. After the purchase I have realized the binding gets stuck in closed position at temperature below 20 deg F. Return/refund was not provided. Another HUGE problem: this skis are way TOO SOFT. Even for well groomed trail. Complete waste.

We have always had a pretty good experience here, techs are always nice and the equipment has always performed well. Give these guys a break during COVID - they have a small store and are trying to keep everyone safe. It make take you a few moments longer to get things done, but it will be done right.

It was the first time I’ve been to the store.I love the store, Kevin the sales person was very helpful, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about anything that I asked him about. The owner is also a great guy who was very helpful and honest . The stores offers great prices. If I lived closer I would be there all the time.in the future I would drive the extra miles for any tennis equipment , ski equipment and rental. Truly a gem.
