This is a great detention center. All excellent conditions, I was detained here on may 2019 by ICE and I can say I felt like home. I will always remember this place as the place that opened the US doors to me.all the staff were very professional. I'm very grateful about them all and this great center. For all those saying nobody speaks Spanish, this is USA not latin america, the US official language is only ENGLISH.

I am very pleased on how they try to help by giving info or taking a message for a detainee. Many times we do not understand that it is part of the officers job to uphold a serious unattached behavior...My boyfriend is not complaining either and said he was being treated good & even receives medical help with his diabetes. Thank you.
I liked that you could buy snacks for the person you were visiting. The person that would check us in was nice too. Restrooms are also clean.
I called to get in contact with a scheduling coordinator , and the secretary put me on hold for 10 minutes until the call disconnected. I called back to get in contact with the same person, and the secretary catches an attitude with me yelling at me that the person is not there to call back later. How was I supposed to know that she is not there? Why couldn't she just let me know in the beginning without putting me on hold? That was extremely rude and unprofessional, they should hire more competent personnel.
im beyond stressed out , it gets more and more emotional stressed out by the minute w these facilities,in order to add funds to speak to my relative i cant just pay w my debit card no now i need to send a money order is this a joke?u guys need to be more synpathic with family members of inmates at ur facilities and have a bit of a heart dont make it worse than it already is .
