Livingston's is very unprofessional. We had a concrete truck scheduled for a 12 noon arrival time and they had called an hour before and cancelled the delivery. Impacting our schedule with Cal Trans. Earlier in the morning, we had asked accounting to provide us a detail account of charges and we were refused a copy. We were going to be charged 1,100 for 3 yards of concrete. Completely unacceptable.
