Owner is a horrible business operator. Doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't care what customers have to say, sends employees in without any knowing of what is to do. Would hire a national brand before this local company.

Great Cleaning Service
Don't have one good word to say about this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. First: when arriving home after my first and only cleaning, the wood floors and windows (2 of the 3 items I requested to be cleaned) were not noticably any cleaner. Second: When confronted about these things not being cleaned well, I was only given excuses. Third: the solution they offered me was to charge less than originally quoted, and NOT to come back and fix the error. So now instead of paying one cleaning fee for what I needed done I have to pay 1 and a half times what I should have to get the job done. I would have much preferred they sent someone back to finish the job versus paying half price now and full price again to have it completed properly! Fourth: they had flipped one of my brand new rugs over in my bathroom. I had originally thought maybe they moved it to clean and didn't realize they placed it back upside-down. A week later, I finally flipped it back over only to realize there were bleach stains all over it. So they intentionally attempted to hide the property of mine that they ruined. That's what tipped the ice burg for me to write this negative review. Without that last slap in the face, this would have been avoided. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed with a service I've paid for in a long time.
