I wish I could give 0 stars. When I had a broken tooth, I searched my the blue cross website for providers close by that accepted my insurance. I found Oakland Oral Surgery listed in numerous locations and this one located near me. I was told by the woman who answered the phone there that they wouldn't take me because I didn't have a referral. I wouldn't recommend anyone use a place like this that would turn someone in pain away.
