Elevator constantly down in my ann arbor apartment building and it’s a Schindler elevator. Been down for a week with no signs of a quick repair. Recommend not doing business with them.

We have a commercial service contract with them and have an elevator that’s been down for over 6 months. Daily calls to the service department go unanswered and messages are not returned. Finally sent a tech out to try and fix the issue and after three hours of tinkering around he had to “go buy a part” and never returned. This is by far the worst vendor we have ever dealt with. Service is a complete joke

Schindler's List.....Figure out the rest on your own..a total NON-Responsive company,a total joke to the industry. Call for service at 9 am and after a promise of service at 9 pm still no show...WOW...Does the State of Michigan even know these jokers Exist ??..Hummmm...wonder if their Insurance is paid ???? might have to stub my toe !!!!on a non leveled Car.

I contacted via email and phone for sales and I've not one time been contacted! How do you do any business to stay open when no calls potential customers back! Terrible.
