My group of 9 went here as part of our Christmas party out in Baltimore, and we loved it. The competition aspect for a large group makes it a lot of fun, and the puzzles are hard enough to be challenging, but not so impossible that you feel dumb. The lock and key theme is cool too, and the staff was great. I highly recommend Lock N Key, thanks for a great event.

We Escaped. Worker was friendly and it was fun and difficult.
First, we love it! First, we confused, but we got help. We figured something out and then we got help. We figured more out and then got help. Then we may it out!!!
The owner and staff were very responsive and helpful in accommodating my boyfriend's birthday party. We rented the larger of the two party rooms. It has great decor and was able to handle all the items we brought for his party. We were able to stream our own music and set the atmosphere that we wanted for his birthday. We played the head-to-head game and the two rooms accommodated all of his guests very well. I really enjoyed the game and so did all the guests. I would definitely go back again!
The guy who helped us with learning about the escape room was very helpful and even helped us out a bit since it was me and my dad! We got out with 12 seconds left and it was very thrilling! The puzzles were elaborate and I would definitely go again.
We went to Lock N’ Key on a Saturday night for a friend’s birthday. It was very easy to book online. It is located right downtown Baltimore, in the Fed Hill area, so there are a lot of bars/restaurants to visit before or after. When we got there, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean and had a good flow. We did the “Classified B” room and had a great time. We had a party of 6. I think they book up to 10 people in a room. It might have been a little tight with 10, but you never know. The room was challenging, but we managed to make it out and enjoyed the process. I’d like to return and try the “Bank Heist” room sometime. Again – the customer service was great! I highly recommend Lock N’ Key for a night out with friends!
Puzzles were clever yet intuitive. Barely escaped and would go again. Great for larger groups too. Everyone felt they got to do something and the staff were attentive and high energy.
Great experience again! For two years in a row I have taken a group of 25 accounting college students for a private event at Lock N Key. I'm proud to say we were actually one of their first groups and from the beginning it has been a great experience. Lynn and Matt go above and beyond creating a fun and educational experience for our group. Can't wait for next year!
