Had to take chainsaw here for warranty work. After almost 2 month still to answer's on what is going on. The warranty will expire before I get answers from them. Dont take anything you need here they will keep it forever and not fix it. Added to response; the extended warranty is still valid youre way over your head and not fast enough to have the contract with menards to deal with this. On top of that you knew it was brought in for extended warranty work yet never called to get ok for work to be done. I can go onto Amazon now and get the parts within a few days.. not weeks.

This place does excellent work at fair prices. Gets really busy in the Spring and Summer so bring your lawn mower in early. Always willing to answer questions and go above and beyond to take care of your outdoor power equipment needs.

I am a newbie when it comes to snow blowers and lawn movers and a direct result of this is I left the gasoline in my snow blower over the summer (bad idea). I went searching for someone to repair my snow blower. I discovered Stewart’s. I phoned first. I was greeted warmly and professionally. I eagerly took my sick blower to the shop. The gentlemen that met me was extremely nice and courteous. Long story short within 24 hours my blower had been repaired and I was picking it up. The owner and his staff were truly awesome. They even took time to educate me a bit about maintaining my blower. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. I do recommend this shop to anyone looking for small engine repair work. They ARE the real deal!
