I had a wonderful stay at the lodge at Mallard creek. The office staffs were very friendly and professional. Crystal Silva helped me right at the beginning of lease, facilitated the stay with all that was required and requested, and even she made easier for the move out. Thanks Crystal. I would recommend people to check the apartments there as it’s safe, reliable, and best value with price.

My experience was ok. Heather, the manager was very nice. I appreciated her. The only issue was the parking situation. Guest should not have to park in places where their car could not be seen nor be towed.

The apartment complex itself is beautiful and the neighborhood is friendly. However, our apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before moving in. After several requests to have the black & green mold washed from our patio, we were told that it would not be done unless we hired an outside company. We pay 1400/mo for 1200ft of square footage; this includes the patio. If the rest of the household was “cleaned” before our move-in date, the patio should have been done as well. We shouldn’t be paying 1400 a month to a complex that doesn’t take their community seriously.

I wish I would’ve read reviews before I moved in. I’ve only been here about a week and already hate the place. Before move in, I was told my move in date was changed due to repairs needed for the apartment. That was fine but I had to keep calling the office to receive a new lease and get the correct amount due at move in. That should’ve been my first sign to not move here. When I move in, everything appears to be fine with a few minor things. The apartment is way smaller than advertised. My last apartment had less square footage than advertised here and it was waaaaay bigger. The 3rd day being here, I notice a drawer is broken. My friend figures out how to open it and it is full of tobacco and dead roaches. The next day and days after that, I am finding huge roaches in my apartment. I have never lived somewhere with roaches and did not have any at my old apartment place. I immediately asked for pest control and the apartment staff didn’t seem phased as if they’ve heard the complaint before. The air filter was disgusting so I requested a new one be sent to me as well. Maintenance has arrived in timely manner when requested. However, you will hear every single stomp that the person above you makes, my neighbor constantly wakes me up because they never sit down and it sounds like an earthquake when they walk. Do not move it. I repeat. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
