We rented a restroom trailer for our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier! Marc was very responsive to my emails. The gentleman that dropped off and picked up the restroom trailer was a joy to talk to and very respectful to our property. So pleased with this company!!

Will not use them again and will not recommend them. There are more understanding companies out there that treat you way better!
I ordered the port-a-potty trailer for my wedding. I ordered it in January for my October wedding. We ordered the large one and paid for it ahead of time. I have been emailing, leaving voicemails and left messages with the front desk to finalize the details for the wedding week since July. We were suppose to receive it Wednesday, but didn't. I called the front desk and the lady was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, when we did receive the trailer it was the wrong one. We called Marc and he was EXTREMELY rude. He screamed and yelled at my mom over the phone. He kept swearing and calling her selfish for requesting what we paid for. Never go through this company, unless you want to be verbally insulted. Also, never pay for things ahead of time. You'll never get calls back if you do. I would give a zero out of 5.
The staff at Stranders Sanitary LLC are wonderful to work with. They are very responsive to emails and phone calls. Stranders Sanitary LLC provides us with their lien waivers in a timely fashion. It is a pleasure working with Stranders Sanitary LLC when handle construction draws.
