I researched quite a bit of places and this place has the lowest prices by far. I didn't have any issues with my BBQ island or fire pit. I assume that their prices are so competitive because of their location and the place itself is very modest so a lot less overhead I guess.The girl that works in the office is very friendly and has great customer service. She is very knowledgeable..will work with you on getting you the best deal possible and has a very likeable personality. You really shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I can’t say enough on how amazing this company was to deal with. They did everything they said they would. The work and quality is great, customer service is super easy and on top of it!! They coordinated my electrical set up, did everything they could to make sure our island was ready on time with everything we wanted!!! Just all around best experience dealing with Tropic Backyard BBQs. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!!!
