I recently had a surgical procedure here with Dr Patten. The nursing staff and medical teams here go above and beyond. Nurses, Jillian and Melissa, are just the best of the best and truly deserve the utmost praise. Anesthesiologist Kelly was kind, informative, and a pleasure to meet. The post op team/nurses were equally compassionate and helpful. Overall I had a great experience here and hope those who worked with me know how grateful I am for their service!

Two of my kids had surgery on the same morning. ALL of the nurses and staff were kind, comforting, professional, and attentive. One of my children has anxiety, and the staff seemed well versed and trained in how to meet his needs. They even set it up so that we had one recovery room so that I could be with both at the same time. Happy Mama here!
Recently had a tonsillectomy there with my 19 year old daughter. We couldnt say enough about how good this staff is. My daughter is quite aware when medical staff are rude, flippant or dismissive. This staff was sincerely compassionate, listened to her and answered questions, were friendly rather than professionally cold. A surgical nurse even held her hand when she went under, without being asked. Hope we can use this sight for anything in the future. Thank you for making a tough thing easier.
On 11/1 I had a fingernail surgically removed at this location. Even though this was a procedure I have had done before, you still can’t help but be nervous in a new place, surrounded by new people. Everyone I encountered was very professional. There was always someone at the front desk and they were professional and polite when it came to answering your questions. This place was clean and operated (no pun intended) like a well-oiled machine. I was very happy with the staff and facility.
Apparently my surgery was scheduled so late in the day that the entire staff wanted to go home before I properly recovered. Everything was rushed. When my husband went to get the van to take me home he was locked out! All doors locked, All staff gone, all lights off. He had to argue with them that I was still inside and needed too go home!!
