I went to Dupage Prosthetics for diabetic shoes. They took care of getting all the paperwork so Medicare would pay for them. I have had other experiences with a different places it took months to get my shoes, to get an appointment and I had to get all the paperwork. Dupage took care of it all and I got my shoes quickly. I highly recommend Dupage Prosthetics.

Horrible - dont go there They do not answer their phones, I had to leave 3 messages with no one returning the phone calls and then when I called the 4th time in 2 days, someone answered the phone call and could not udnerstand why I was so upset. Unbelievable I need a leg brace and they just take their sweet time they move at a snails pace and dont care that you need the equipment they just take their time. They actually received the code from the doctor on Monday afternoon or Tuesday and I called at 1:32pm Wednesday afternoon and was told they needed to call and get the authorization from the insurance company Unbelievable Steer clear of this place
