Absolutely the worst customer service!!! We are at the one at Park Meadows mall Denver at 11am on Saturday, 20 Mar 21and the kid working was absolutely rude when we asked a question about a product. We will never go to this one again.

They are always out of pretzels of ANY kind. During rush hour, their display case is 95% empty. There are over 5 employees all of high school age and none are ever doing anything. They are either talking amongst each other or walking out of there like they aren't even on the clock. Corporate really needs to check this spot out. Horrible service EACH time I've tried getting a pretzel. Dont even bother coming to this location.

Good pretzels. Terrible service. I’m told “they’ll be ready in a minute” so I order my two pretzels. Then they say “oh they’ll be reason in 8 minutes”. That’s annoying, but ok. 15 minutes later I still don’t have any food. 15 minutes to wait isn’t a huge deal. 15 minutes after being told “just a minute” and then “8 minutes” is rather annoying.
