This was my first NYC trip using VIP Connection and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Texts kept me informed of the ride status and all 4 times the drivers have been at the requested location earlier than the time specified, which was highly appreciated with NY temperatures in the 20’s for this visit. Highly recommended, and I’ll be using this company for future visits.
Got picked up in 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Being able to watch Gladiator made my 2 hour trip feel like 30 minutes. Loved the sound system and service was great! Highly recommend!
