BE WARNED IF INTERVIEWING FOR HERE! These guys were hiring last year. My wife and I submitted our resumes, we both have previous agriculture experience so of course we were asked to come in for a \working interview\. I have never heard of a working interview so I was kind of skeptical at first. And all of my other interviews it is more just conversational and I am always hired on the spot. At the interview We work with the crew for a hour or so helping harvest. Both Foremen who we thought would be hiring us that day even asked us to stay to help work and finish out the day with the rest of the crew. A few days later we get texts from the \manager\ mentioning the positions and if we want them. Right away I attempted to confirm we would be getting paid for that full day's work. She said no that was the interview. Even though both the foremen asked us to finish out the day with the rest of the crew to get the job done and whilst the two foremen were acting like we were already hired on. That is not right what you did to us, you got a full day's work out of both of us for free.
