Front desk was very rude over the phone and in person. She pretened like I wasn't even in the office and had to ask to check-in. They ask for payment prior to testing. Choose any other center but this one. Even the office manager was rude. Maybe their other centers have nicer and more professional staff but the Longwood staff's attitude stinks. There is a reason they can get you in same day because no one wants to go back after their initial time.

Fantastic place! ️ My heart doctor originally scheduled me for testing at Advent Health Hospital, but they couldn’t fit me in for 2 weeks, and it was going to be on a Sunday! The doctor’s office mentioned this place and they got me in the SAME day! Everyone was so nice to me! Krystal, Doreen, and Phil were very professional, but also very personable! I have found a new diagnostic place to go! They get my 5 stars ️ ️️️️

Doreen, Krystal, and Phil give unrivaled service. Doreen was terrific getting me scheduled on short notice, and so helpful when I arrived. I watched Krystal help another patient who was struggling. Phil, the technician, was pleasant, and explained everything step by step. Moreover, Orlando Diagnostic Center saved me money over other imaging centers. They really are fantastic!

The staff was so patient and understanding. Dorthy at the Kissimmee office was so wonderful in helping me schedule and dealing with my multiple calls and questions and the tech Steve in Longwood made the process quick and even the contrast injection seemed painless. I highly recommend both the Kissimmee and Longwood centers!!!!
