I brought 4 pair of brand new Mudd jeans in with tags still on them. They were the shredded style we wanted to have them \school dress code ready\ so patches on the shedes above the knee. We specifically asked her not to cut them only patch behind to keep any skin from showing. She told us a week and charged me 45 for 9 patches. That would've been great if she wouldn't have cut everything down the middle . Also she removed all the price tags and kept them. We're very upset about this. Now they look like cheap hand me downs. This woman Yolanda didn't listen to a signal word . I'm very upset and disappointed.
We have had many pairs if jeans and pants hemmed as well as a formal dress. All of the work has been on target each time.
Great service, friendly staff.
I'll be bringing anything that I need to get fixed or altered here. She's fast and very friendly.
