Fantastic! First time to jet ski but everything was so smooth and beyond expectation. Very beautiful no-wake zone leading to the lake (with expensive houses to look at). And the actual jet ski experience was INSANE. They provided the pretty high-end Yamaha FX model that can go up to 63 mi/hr. We sometimes rode close to that speed and had a blast. Thank the staff!

Great and friendly people! And a helluva time on the jet skis. The staff is very leninent as to how the the 5 miles actually is and the hour out on the water goes by slower than you think!
Everyone we encountered was great. The minute we walked up, Eddie greeted us and super helpful. Very patient, answered all of our questions, and made the process very easy. It was a choppy day on the lake, but we still had a blast! If I had a small complaint, it is this...they advertise 90 minutes on the ski. And that is true. But 30 of it is spent idling to and from the lake. I realize this is a necessary evil, but you really only get 60 minutes of true riding, rather than the 90 that they appear to advertise. It was still a great day...people were awesome...we would go back for sure.
My friend and I are two older ladies who both had JET SKIS on our bucket list. I was fortunate enough to Google and find Erie Shores for our experience. The great staff went above and beyond. They answered all of my questions and booking was so easy. When we arrived, paperwork completion was easy. They also took the time to familiarize us on boating laws and machine safety. The guys were there to assist us on the skis. They have super great personalities and laughed right along with us. I appreciated the employee who goes out on the lake with you to ensure you are safe. We told them it was our first time and we never told our husbands we were going out on the Lake. They offered to take our pictures with their drone as we were out on the lake so we would have something to show them. I mean, I have all of those pictures from Cedar Point of my kids, why not one for myself! The skis are top of the line and amazing. After our ride, they assisted us off the skis. We had to use the restroom and I have to tell you they were spotless! I have to tell you, these guys are the best! This is the only place I will ever go.
We were unfortunately not able to go out due to weather, but the team was super helpful and committed to our safety and fun. We look forward to coming back next season multiple times! Thank you very much!
