My comment is directly for the receptionist Genevieve, the LVN Ana , the nurse supervisor Esteban , Doctor Balakhani, Dr Lin , Sebastian who makes the calls for mental health appts. This is Candice Gtz I wanna generally say to each & everyone of yall THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VERY MUCH FOR HELPING ME & HELPING GET AND KEEP ME THE RIGHT DRS I KNOW SOMETIMES IM A B.... & IM SORRY SOMETIMES MY ILLNESSES GET THE BEST OF ME BUT IM TRYING HARDER TO KEEP MY GRIP ON MY HARSH REALITY BUT THATS NOT YALLS FAULT SO IM SORRY FOR THE ONES IVE LOST MY TEMPER WITH BUT YALL ALWAYS GO ABOVE & BEYOND FOR ME AND I SERIOUSLY APPRECIATE THAT & ALL YALLS COMPASSION & UNDERSTANDING. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Waisted my time coming here for the most ignorant physical test I have ever gotten in my life. All they did was check my weight and blood pressure... NO URINE/ BLOOD test which is what I went for to check my health, instead they told me to book aside with another clinic for that. PLEASE FIND BETTER HEALTHCARE. Altamed is terrible

Worst medical group ever. They dismissed my mother's medical complaint by saying they didn't understand her. They had an interpreter on the call and she said my mother talked to fast. They recommended she send them an email. Needless to say she will no longer be a patient with them. My grandmother will also leave their care, well if you can call that care. Be very careful if your parents or grandparents are with Altamed.
