Andy Yu was professional, affordable, flexible with my schedule, polite and his card says he used to work for the IRS so he is well versed in tax prep. Called Andy about a BOE audit which was just settled. While my experience with the BOE was dreadful, I realize I should have spoken to Andy from the beginning. He clarified many points and gave me suggestions how to prepare for the next audit... guess when you pay them what they want and don't fight, the BOE will do it again.... and again....
