They Came out and realized I couldn’t stick around for as long as was needed and he offered to come back first thing the next day. Provided a thorough service and clean up of my dryer and didn’t try to do anything that wasn’t needed. Would definitely use them for future needs

I had a very complicated problem with my refrigerator that kept dripping water inside. Nobody was able to fix it. I challenged 5 different repair men to fix it. They would only get paid if they were able to fix it. Most said no- some said it was not worth fixing and then the master Alex arrived. He was sweating, huffing and puffing for hours and he got to the bottom of problem. He fixed the refrigerator where so many others people had failed. Hands down the best repair company for complicated problems. I would trust these guys with any challenge and they saved me thousand with their repair instead of a replacement.

If there were six stars as an option, Bosch Appliance & Repair technology would get them. On Sunday, I sent a request for a quote through Yelp and I got a response within minutes, and he was on my doorstep first thing Monday morning. The oven repair was done quickly and cleanly, the price was fair, and he kept me informed every step of the way. His number is going in my contacts for every future appliance breakdown.

Asked them to leave a dishwasher that was too broken to fix *uninstalled* for me and they said they did it and then left and here I am and it's still installed and the haul away team can't take it away because they don't uninstall appliances. I was told on the phone the diagnostic was 55 and they charged 65. Quoted 300 to replace a seal but said they were not sure that would even fix it. Googled it- a seal is 15 to 30 and 30 minutes of time to replace for an experienced technician. The other potential problem was 500 to 700. So... I'm not sure what I expected, but maybe a more confident diagnosis. Finally, the invoice is from Doma, Inc.-- not sure who that is, but there's not even a phone number or address on the receipt to follow up with. Really squirrely all around and do not recommend.
