Fantastic customer service and great computer repair shop. I had problem with my apple laptop because it was water damaged. I called on Monday morning and they told me to bring the computer as soon as possible. The same day they called me back and they told me they can fix my computer and recover all of my data. I was very happy to hear that. they gave me a very reasonable price to fix my laptop. On Wednesday morning they called me and they told me my computer and my data is ready for pick. It has been almost 3 months I have been working with my laptop and the computer is working perfect. thank you for your great work and I highly recommend this company.

Computer City Repairs is amazing! I dropped a full cup of water on my Macbook Pro. It was not powering on no matter what I tried to do to solve the problem. In a dead panic I went in and Kevin and his team were able to fix my computer within 24hrs and they were able to recover all my personal data. Very reasonable prices, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this place.

I've now had two repairs done on my mom's dell laptop. The first repair was to replace the dc jack which had now broken 3 times since we've had the computer around 4 years. CCR was able to order the part and received it in just a few days. I know this part is very intricate and takes a lot of work just to get to it. I've watched it get replaced before so I am extremely impressed with the turnaround time. My mom took in the laptop when they opened and it was already repaired and ready to be picked up within 3 hours. Today we picked up the same laptop which had a failed hard drive. It wouldn't boot into windows no matter what I tried. We dropped it off late afternoon yesterday and it was ready within 24 hours with a new hard drive. I was even more surprised to see nothing was lost on the computer, it was all still there. I am so used to losing it all when a hard drive is replaced so.. these guys are miracle workers! We're so happy and grateful to have found this place.
