If you're in the business of wasting exorbitant amounts of money and time, then this is the perfect place for you. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Zaybree, the woman who fit me was amazing. However, it was a complete nightmare working with Tara. My grill took 4 weeks to complete. When I went to pick it up, they completely ignored the design I requested and had to send it back to their factory. It took another 4 weeks to correct their mistake. Throughout the whole 8 weeks, all I heard from them was excuses, delays, a lack of communication and accountability and a shifting of blame on to me for their trash service. I highly advise saving your coins and time by looking into Christy Cash in the Jewelry District of LA. Unless Zaybree decides to start her own outfit, Christy is getting all my future business moving forward.
