I spoke to Alex on the phone and was so blown away with his expertise that I immediately felt confident in this business and knew it was worth the drive to LA. At the shop, we were helped by Manny who was so knowledgeable and generous with his time. As a first time ring buyer there are so many questions you don't even know to ask, but he had such great insight and walked us through every step until we felt so confident with our decision! I didn’t know anything about rings and how to pick one. I googled engagement rings but nothing really stuck out. Then I randomly ran into Kobelli and immediately found the ring I wanted, but how to figure out the size? I decided to YouTube a video and based on that bought the ring. Checkout process was easy and they were good at notifying me when my ring was on the way. I got my ring and it was the wrong size. I sent a message through their website and they quickly responded letting me know that they would work with me in getting the right size. I decided to take the trip to LA and I met with Louise who was very helpful and courteous. She helped me find the right size and made my experience a great one. Louise found me the rings I needed and made the entire process so easy. Great prices and great customer service is what you will receive when you purchase from Kobelli. I know where I’ll be looking first when I want to purchase a Jewelry the next time. BTW he said YES!!
