My fiancee designed an engagement ring, which LA diamond factory produced. Unfortunately their first attempt didn't meet our expectations. After the proposal we contacted Olivia via email regarding our concerns and we went back to the store to sit with Olivia and the jeweler and go over the changes that needed to be made. We left the original ring, anticipating that some small changes would be made to it, but when we went back to pick up the final product both of us were so pleasantly surprised! They had created a completely brand new ring and it was EXACTLY what my fiancee had drawn and envisioned, at no extra charge. We are so pleased with their work and couldn't be happier.

Mervyn is the best! He is very nice and very friendly (also he always gives you some extra chocolate if you're nice to him ;) ).
