Do not vist the la brea tar pits I checked the website for info said Tues aug6th free day no charge upon arriving was charged 15 for parking went into the museum and got charged 12 for my son 12 for me as a senior 15 for my wife was told it was a web site mistake and it did not apply for the month of aug did not want to make a scene so I paid for it but it would of cost more if I wanted to see one of the shows and more money if I saw both of them I was charged just to go through the museum and gift store so much for that I will post a poor review on every tour web site and post at some of the air ports that I travel the BBB will get a calling the am

No indication that this is corporate office only. It calls itself the visitor centre and when we arrived at 09.30 there was no one in the office answering the reception desk call and certainly no visitor advice. Needs urgent web design help.
