Patrick is the best therapist I’ve ever seen in my life. He has helped me in couples therapy as well as individually to really understand the parts of me that I need to improve on including protecting myself. He’s extremely educated and understands how to be non-judgemental whilst giving you the best advice on how to live your best life. I can share anything with him, and he always gives me sound educated advice to make me a better person and prevent me from making the same mistakes I have made in the past whilst really analyzing, my life extrapolating data, and making connections to help me move forward in the best way possible. I would highly recommend seeing Patrick, from the first session he will make you feel like comfortable, safe, and secure in sharing your feelings. He’s extremely confidential, I can tell him anything, and me makes me a better person. Each session I see him I feel like I lose 20 pounds of emotional baggage that I’ve been carrying around that I didn’t even know I had.

I hang out in celebrity circles and this therapist is mentioned consistently because he is that good. He's humble, down-to-earth and flexible. He takes some insurance but his cash pay rates are worth it for the wonderfully secure space he provides. I began seeing him on the advice of my friends and didn't want to deal with insurance and so I personally paid out of pocket. He is worth the weekly check-ins. He listens and is caring and honest. He is booked out for appointments regularly and I can see why. Being in film is not easy. I have to even post this review under an alias. But Patrick knows his stuff. And what you say is confidential.

I have a had anxiety my whole life and sometimes you just need someone to help you through the low moments. I was lucky to find and work with an individual who truly wants the best for you. I initially went in to get assistance with anxiety management but ended up getting a lot more than that. Payment and insurance review were done before so you never had to worry about that, only focus on your goal. Give him a call or send him an email, he will get back to you and you'll be happy you did.
