The owner of this establishment has a severe anger problem that he needs to get under control. I came by this evening to pick up some pieces, and he was rudely "suggesting" how I load my items to get them to fit in my vehicle. I did not like his tone, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. This is where things got interesting. He literally turned red and got inches from my face, demanding me to leave "quickstyle". His body language suggested that he wanted to fight me. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially for someone who is trying to run such a run down small business. His art was not stored properly. It was just sitting in the corner of a warehouse, with no protection, shelving or anything. Just picture frames leaned against a wall. Very unprofessional for an art "gallery". Get it together, you're literally out of your mind.
Love this online art shop and their auction ! The variety of the artists , styles , price range ! The customer service is the best ! The company cares about the customers this is 100%.
This guy Parker is lying. He was hired by me from an app called Lugg to pick up some salvage items. According to the app a truck over 6’ was supposed to arrive and the driver showed up in a short cab pickup half filled with his personal items. He came with the attitude of an unhappy worker as if the work was below him and flipped out when I tried to suggest how to load his car. The people at Qart were kind enough to try to help him load his truck, but when Parker started yelling and using foul language it made me really uncomfortable so I asked him to leave. Thankfully, the men at Qart escorted him off of the property.
CLOSED! There's a For Lease sign on the building. Some art is still in the windows but it looks pretty empty.
Great prices on fine art. Customer service is top notch.
