We have known their family for more than twenty (thirty?) years and work with them exclusively because, for us, purchasing jewelry requires impeccable service and unconditional trust. In our case, it's become a matter of friendship, too, which all at Sarah Leonard extend to everyone entering their store. Every visit is a reunion. Their inventory is composed of so many unique items: one-of-a-kind heirlooms, rare gems for custom creations by their network of independent designers, jewels we would not have known existed. We don't go anywhere else because no one else treats us as the Sarah Leonard family does..

Besides Deb who is wonderful and very helpful, terrible costumer service. Will not be returning. If you come here definitely ask for Deb. I give this jewelry store 2 stars because Deb deserves 5 stars but others deserve 1 star. Very disappointing to be a paying costumer and to be treated repeatedly with poor attitudes.
