I ordered very expensive gold chain from this company and was very skeptical about the price because my local jewelry store wanted double what Sarah was asking and it was shipped in two days as advertised and had it tested from a Jeweler today and it’s was what they said it would be and the weight was about half gram over what I was supposed to get. Im very happy and will be buying a bigger necklace next time

I tried ordering a rope chain and was charged 3 times. I tried to be fair and called them four times to explain the situation. I called PayPal to fix the issues I was having. I received a call from a rep at sarraf. He was very condescending & aggressive. He would talk over me when I tried explaining what was going on. Ultimately he canceled the order. *don’t waste your time* Order from “pricerock.com” you won’t regret it

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Every time I call I am greeted with hostility. I’ve been doing business with them for over 20 years and the service has gotten progressively worse. The owner Camron. Will not take calls when asked.
