We took the Downtown LA tour with Chris. He was a great guide and we enjoyed all the food. He shared interesting facts and tidbits about the history of downtown LA from the early 1900s to present day. The food selection was spot on with such a culturally diverse city and neighborhood. We sampled large portions from Mexico, Latin America, America, and French foods to name some of them. The authentic Mexican tacos were our favorite, because you can't get them where we are from. Overall, We recommend taking this tour. You will leave full and satisfied.

Went on this tour with a group of friends and Derek was out tour guide. What an amazing afternoon full of good food and a fun atmosphere. Derek was super accommodating as our group had a peanut allergy, a shellfish allergy, and a vegetarian in the mix. The tour does has a bit of walking involved, so make sure you wear walkable shoes. Derek took time not only to explain the food but also the history of DTLA, architecture, street art, and cultural events. The food stops on the tour were amazing. There was 7 places total with a range of food from pastries, pizza, tacos, Mediterranean, and BBQ. Not only was the food amazing, but the areas were full of other amazing eats that you could come back and explore. I would HIGHLY recommend this as a must do for any LA trip.

I went to my first ever Sidewalk Food Tours of Los Angeles this past weekend. I never knew food tours existed until I happened to read someone's Sidewalk Food Tours of Los Angeles.

My daughter and I had a great time. Our tour guide, Matt was wonderful. He was funny, thorough and attentive. Besides the food sampling, learning about the old and historical buildings is very enlightening. I live in LA for almost 40 years but there is so much more to learn and taste...lol
