WALTER and PEDRO are my new friends. Even when I was unhappy with things or didn't understand, they stayed and explained things in great details. Pedro even told me how I could save money. Running a full time business, I don't have alot of time for run-arounds, so I'm happy these guys are honest.

Donald & Sam came out and gave us an estimate that was quite a bit more than the other estimates we received...1700. He seemed knowledgeable & we figured \you get what you pay for\...NOT SO. He was called to diagnose a leak, which he said he found. He has a 30 day warrantee...exactly 30 days later the spa is leaking again, from the same area. We called him out again. This time he said it's a pump and will be another 700 to fix. We trusted him to diagnose the problem...all the problems. I'm very unhappy with the way he handled this. If there was a question about the pump as well as the jets, he should have told us. We paid (a lot!) for him to fix the leak and it is still leaking. Go Elsewhere.
We made the mistake of having a regular contractor assemble our cedar hot tub. When it reached completion and we tested it out, there were leaks, water was going everywhere and things weren't rigged right. Fortunately, we were able to get Walter to come take a look at it. He knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. He came back next week and got our tub in tip top shape and gave us plenty of tips on how to maintain it as well as walk us through the functionality of all the moving parts. Walter gave us a solid deal at a great price. I highly recommend him and Spa Repairs LA if you plan on getting a hot tub or spa!
