I haven't yet used them. But I felt obliged to offer this review since the previous reviewer seems to have had a bad experience that was totally opposite what I have found. Very responsive and very clear communication from the company. I like that they are using the standard CA Realtors Association agreement for rental management -- easier to understand and trust understanding of legal terms. So far so good. I will update as needed.

I am in the market looking to hire a management company for my properties. After receiving an email from Shane with his proposal package, I decided to reach out to him for more information. I called the number he referenced in the email to which I was forwarded to his voicemail twice. On the third attempt, someone picked up but claimed I called the wrong number when I asked for Shane at TGN Property Management. After I double-checked the phone number, which I did have correct, I tried another time having the same person answering but this time stating who I was in a very rude tone. After explaining to him the reason for the call he stated he was \in court.\ After this experience, I had an idea of what kind of company this was and how difficulties could arise regarding communication. Unfortunately, because of this \small\ although very important experience I did not go with this company.
Stayed here for the quirky Bay to Breakers un\ (nobody ran) and have to say this place was kind of cool. It's definitely old school with really great service and a decent location. Price was a tad high for us since we booked the room a little late, but we didn't have many options. And for some reason, I kept chanting \teenage mutant ninja turtles!\ TGN Property Management being the fave of all the turtles.
Been living in an apt they manage for the last 2 years. They respond quickly to issues and take great care of the property. And managing monthly payments and interactions have been super easy. Great option if you're lucky enough to snag one of their options.
We hired Mark and team for his leasing services. Mark was extremely professional and efficient at leasing our condo in a short amount of time and found a wonderful tenant. I highly recommend TGN Property Management.
