Poorly run apartments. Air quality within units is horrible. Beware if you have respiratory problems. The unit I moved into had a filthy floor, and there was no recourse from management.

After-hours staff are helpful and diligent. They're always trying to find a solution to get you through the night with as little interruption as possible.

Staff is friendly. My friends have had problems with maintenance issues being taken care of in a timely manner. I can't personally attest to this, but I know of many individuals who have had this complaint.
