So much fun! Decided to take a few friends over before the park closed and we had a blast! Definately suggest bringing your own cardboard just in case there aren't any left over from past people but it's a definite must for people and families all ages!

I lived here from 97 or 98 through 2001 or 02 with my mother, brother & stepfather. Great house & property. All original other than the kitchen, which the previous owner remodeled.. horribly. After a good amount of work to clean & restore many parts, including building a studio apt. in the unusually large (for LA) backyard we tried to get it historically registered. Pretty sure that kitchen was the reason the awesome know nothing appointees who visited didn't let it pass, Gandalf style. The new owners painted it brown shortly after & hopefully unremodeled.. The kitchen.
This is the first home designed by Lloyd Wright in 1921. The home appears beautifully well cared for and preserved. It doesn’t take an expert to pick up on the heavy influence of his father in the design. A fun landmark to stumble across in the middle of the LA sprawl.
