Dan's Boots & Saddles is a great store! Just like everyone else they have been struggling to keep new merchandise coming in due to the pandemic. Even with that being said, everyone is still so very nice and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to Marty Norlin for his helping me try to get into a new pair of work boots. Thank you Marty for all of your help.

This place was as authentic as you can get. Very mom and pop great service and wonderful merchandise! Was in heaven bought great cowboy boots !!!
About the store: Customer service was great. I remember being helped, but not being bothered. I appreciate it when customer service reps stay away until they're needed. About the product: I bought a pair of Black Jack Ostrich Leather boots here in 2013. I still have them. They're still solid and have plenty of life in them.
I was really hoping to find a pair of new work boots today but I just found out that I need a size 15 in Ariat or Justin boots. I was happy to find that out but bummed to know that I will probably have to special order them. At least I was helped with that little nugget so I'm very grateful. At least now I won't buy a pair of boots that wouldn't fit properly. I will be back to try again.
