Scott was friendly, helpful and efficient. I had 5 watch batteries replaced and when I came back, he recognized me as I approached the counter. Price and service are unmatched and I will return for future battery needs.

Spoke to Mike and he was very helpful finding the right battery for my battery back-up sump pump. The 90 more expensive battery I thought I needed was not the right one, and he saved me some money rightsizing the battery for my needs. Went with the Interstate SLA1185.

Called the number listed on the website to check store hours assuming it would go to an automated message since it was Thanksgiving. A guy answered with "hello?" I assumed I had the wrong number, and I asked if this was Interstate Battery and he said "uuhh, you do know it's 6 o clock on Thanksgiving right?" Uhh, you do know your number is for a business listed on a website and if you are closed, why answer? Completely rude and unprofessional. Taking my business to Batteries Plus.

Wow, don't buy the lies from these guys! Horrible customer service and won't warranty their batteries for what they say on the battery(6 years)... owner was wanting to void my warranty from minute I arrived cause it cost him 45% out of his pocket so he says because it was in a tractor? Funny how this was never explained when I bought it. Actually had bought 2 replacements for the batteries I had for prior 15 years in tractor, one of those 2 were bad initially when purchased in 2015, when they didn't have another, owner suggested I get one to replace both and have had issues again and again since... now won't cover their stuff, bad business with bad batteries. Funny, he also said I probably burnt it up with the battery tender I also purchased from them at his suggestion last time! Not happy with interstate at all... battery says it has 6 year warranty, SURE!
