Very honest, knowledgeable and great service! They could have sold us a new chain because the existing one was having issues, they instead repaired it and made sure the shifting on the bike works well. They are also able to sell parts for those who like to tinker. Reasonable pricing. Thank you!!

I recommend Louisville Cyclery for its excellent service. I had a failed brake handle and I had already approved buying and installing a new complete brake assembly, but the mechanic figured out a way to repair my old one at a third of the cost. What a surprise! Greg really hooked me up with a complete tune up and my Kona has never run so smoothly.
