I was impressed by the skilled, professional installation of my component speakers, amplifier, and sub woofer. The price was reasonable. They took their time to explain my options, provided guidance, and did a superb installation. I highly recommend them.

There exist only 3 viable options in Louisville for car audio; Sound Factory, Xtreme Auto Sound, and Discount Audio. This is my second favorite of the three. The sales people are nice enough, but only seemingly good with experienced audio people. When I was new to car audio 3 years ago, I hated this place! Now that I am more seasoned with car audio, it is a nicer more comfortable place! The same people have been here since it opened! Out of 4 installs I haven't done here, all have exceeded expectations! I would recommend for someone who wants great service for a reasonable price! Noobs be ware!

Just left after waiting just about an hour for my new car stereo to be installed. The staff were warm, efficient and helpful. The price was the same as if I had bought it on Amazon and the installation price was very reasonable. Why go anywhere else?

I left my truck with them a few weeks ago to have a new radio with backup camera, and a remote start system installed. I couldn’t be happier! They took the time to discuss the different options, and helped me make a good decision on which units to go with. The installation was perfect! New system looks like it was always there, and has been working flawlessly. They’re a pretty busy shop, but my truck was ready and waiting for me at the agreed time. Highly recommend!!

I contacted the company on an early Thursday business day and explained my problem with Matt, and not only did he tell me my radio issue was going to be no problem to fix, he also gave me an estimated price of how much he thought the repair would cost. I went to another dealer that quoted me over 1000, and I left his business saving over 600 for the fix AND he showed my how my new interface worked! With the savings and how friendly the staff was, I would highly recommend anyone who needs audio services at least stop in and talk to these guys.
