I originally had Kris out to deal with mice and ants in kitchen. There were mice droppings in several rooms and closets. The first trip out failed to help anything. The second trip helped with mice and Kris sprayed for spiders . Kris said he set about 40 mouse traps and no mice inside yet. We didn't have spider problem in the beginning but now we have a horrible amount of spiders. They are everywhere. I cannot recommend this company. They are the worst and very expensive. They do not want to give any kind of refund. They should have 0 stars.

We've been using Enviropest for our rental properties since December of 2017 and they are absolutely the best. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, the technicians are all professional & knowledgeable. Seth B is our personal favorite. We know if he treats a unit it's done right the first time & he's always courteous to our tenants, their pets & our staff. They eliminate bed bugs & roaches better than any pest control service we've used. Because of our interactions with Seth We highly recommend them & wouldn't consider using anyone else.
We have quarterly pest control services from EnviroPest at our home. I appreciate the regular visits and their punctually. They come, do their thing, and leave a report. I don’t even have to leave work to meet them. What’s best is that if we have an issue between our quarterly services EnviroPest will send a representative out to my home ASAP and these extra visits are included with our membership. Not to mention that I am very satisfied with the results.
I've been using Enviropest for the past few years for both insect control and rodent control. They are always very responsive and easy to work with. They show up as scheduled (I use them for a monthly service), are always friendly & know what they are doing. I don't live in my serviced house full time. A rail of my front fence had come down without me knowing, and not only did the tech pick it up, but he called me to let me know about it. I wish I didn't have to say that that's rare in this day and age....but it is & I appreciate it. I'll continue to use EnviroPest!
